KZ Precision Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days after customer receives product. Customer Service representatives must be reached at 716-683-3202 to accept and record the reason of return or exchange before any action will be taken to exchange product or credit customer’s account. A return authorization number will be given to the customer in every return OR exchange.

  1. For returns of faulty/defective/damaged equipment/product(s) customer shall be responsible for FREIGHT COSTS incurred for initial return. If faulty/defective/damaged ­
    1. Replacement product(s) will be sent to customer at no extra cost.
    2. Freight charges incurred in return of product(s) to KZ Precision will be reimbursed. THIS AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED CHARGE TO RETURN VIA UPS GROUND.
  2. For returns for wrong product sent by KZ Precision.
    1. Customer shall be responsible for freight costs in initial return of product(s).  KZ Precision will reimburse after verification of product condition.
    2. Replacement item will be sent out per original shipping arrangements upon receipt and inspection of original item.
  3. For returns of "non-faulty" product(s).
    1. A 15% restocking fee will apply on products returned as new (never installed).
    2. Products that have been installed and/or marked in any way by customer are not returnable.
    3. Customer is responsible for Freight Costs associated with returning product(s).
    4. Remaining charges will be reimbursed after verification that returned items have been inspected.
      bulletIf damaged:
      1. Customer will be notified.
      2. No charges will be reimbursed.
      3. Customer will be responsible for Freight Costs for re-return of product(s) from  KZ Precision­ payment/authorization of payment must be received prior to return of product(s).
  4. Exchanges.
    1. Exchanges must be approved by KZ Precision prior to return.
    2. Products that have been installed and/or marked in any way by customer may not be exchanged.
    3. Customer shall be responsible for Freight Costs associated with exchanged items.
    4. All items must go through verification process.
    5. Inspection of returned item must occur BEFORE exchange item shipped.
    6. Product(s) will not be shipped until payment/authorization of shipping charges received by KZ Precision.


    PLEASE NOTE: KZ Precision reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that has been installed, worn, scratched or damaged in any way by the customer. KZ Precision is not responsible for any damage of product through mistreatment, accident, or damage done by shipping.
